I understand that I am responsible for all rent and utilities until the 30th day of my 30-day notice to vacate. Notice to vacate extensions will be subject to $50 per day past the original notice to vacate date.

I understand that if I am terminating my lease prior to the expiration of my lease, I will be responsible for all rent and utilities until the home either re-rents or my lease expires.

I understand that I will be charged for any keys or garage door remotes that are not returned during move out. Garage door remotes are $75 per remote. If the home has to be rekeyed, the tenant will be charged the rekey fee.

I understand that it may take River Roots Property Management 21 days from date of move out to provide a deposit disposition. I am responsible for providing River Roots Property Management a forwarding address.

I understand that once my 30-day notice to vacate has been submitted, the property will be listed for availability. Should the property become rented, the notice to vacate cannot be extended.
